Tia Nygard Tia Nygard 5'4" | PG Divide County | 2022 State ND – Divide County – (5’4/PG/2022) – Nygard is an aggressive guard that looks to create opportunities for her teammates. Tia is a floor general for the Maroons and runs their offensive with great fluidity. She might be undersized, but she’s not afraid to drive and finish at the rim over the trees.
Ella Heide Ella Heide 5'10" | SF Divide County | 2022 State ND – Divide County – (5’10/SF/2022) – Ella is a versatile forward that can play the 1-4. She has above-average ball-handling skills and has a great first rip when attacking the rim. She can get the job done offensively on the perimeter and in the post.
Abby Cox Abby Cox 5'5" | SG Oakes | 2022 State ND – Oakes – (5’5/SG/2022) – Cox is a quick guard who excels on the defensive side using her quickness to chase down loose balls and frustrate the oppositions. Abby averaged almost 8 points and 4.5 rebounds last year.
Asha Sweet Asha Sweet 5'4" | PG Lisbon | 2022 State ND – Lisbon – (5’4/SG/2022) – Sweet is an explosive guard. She fits great with the Bronco’s fast-paced offense and excels in the open court using her speed to accel past opponents to the rim. If Sweet can find that consistency from beyond the arc she could be in for a huge senior year.
Aiyana Allard Aiyana Allard 5'6" | PG Wahpeton | 2022 State ND – Wahpeton – (5’6/PG/2022) – Allard was the backup guard for the Huskies this past year. She averaged 5.3 points and 2.7 rebounds. Allard has a really nice-looking jump-shot and can create her own baskets off the dribble. Look for those stats to increase by a good margin this year as she steps into more minutes.
Megan Boe Megan Boe 5'10" | PF St. John | 2022 State ND – St. John – (5’10/PF/2022) – Boe has a traditional post style. Everything is back to the basket. Boe has great strength when working down low and often bullies her defender into getting the position that she desires. Megan is fantastic on the offensive glass cleaning up a lot of boards. She nearly averaged 10 rebounds a game this past season. Look for her to have a solid senior campaign.
Charlee Lang Charlee Lang 5'7" | SF Oak Grove | 2022 State ND – Oak Grove – (5’7/SF/2022) – Lang contributed average numbers off the bench for the Grovers in nearly 4 points and 3.5 rebounds in a contest. What doesn’t show up on the stat sheet is the amount of effort she put into each contest. Lang had a good knack at getting stops either by stealing the ball averaging almost 2 steals a game or doing it the old fashion way of taking a charge.
Destiny Hawkins Destiny Hawkins 5'4" | SG Westhope/Newburg | 2022 State ND – Westhope/Newburg – (5’4/SG/2022) – Hawkins steps into a bigger role this coming year. Last year she averaged 3.5 points 4.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals from the bench. Hawkins can get the job done defensively as she plays solid help-side defense and has exceptional court awareness.
Whitney Schepp Whitney Schepp 5'8" | SF Velva | 2022 State ND – Velva – (5’8/SF/2022) – Schepp played sparse minutes for the Aggies this past season. She did a phenomenal job on the offensive glass cleaning up 27 boards from the bench. She has a really nice 3 point shot that just didn’t fall for her this past year. With that added in her arsenal, she could make a huge impact for the Aggies.
Mollie Robbins Mollie Robbins 5'7" | SF Lamoure | 2022 State ND – Lamoure – (5’7/SF/2022) – Robbins is a player that can really get it going from beyond the arc. She spaces the floor excellently and always stays hungry to be fed the ball. She has a nice first step with a step-back jump-shot she likes to take. With a bit more explosive power in getting to the rim, she could be in for a huge senior year.
Anna Elsen Anna Elsen 5'4" | SG Ellendale | 2022 State ND – Ellendale – (5’4/SG/2022) – Elsen has a solid mid-range shot and above-average ball-handling skills. She excels at being a real defensive pest and usually is found guarding the opposing team’s best guard. She can be really disruptive in the half-court getting in passing lanes and plays really sound help-side defense filling up gaps. If Elsen can establish a more predominant offense game she can be a real asset to the Cardinals come this year.
