2022 Sarah Lamet | 6’4 C | Tigard HS (OR)
Lament was one of the top prospects at the showcase and walked away as my Offensive MVP. She did a nice job scoring on the block with footwork and fakes. She made good decisions from the short corners and pinch post the whole day. She showed some shooting ability by draining a three on a pick and pop, and some spot-up middys. A high-level player that coaches should be fighting over.
2022 Kali Haizlip Kali Haizlip 5'9" | SF Emerald Ridge | 2022 State WA | 5’9 SG | Emerald Ridge HS (WA)
Kali was the most complete player at the event in my opinion because she had an equal impact on both sides of the floor. She is a physical defender that keeps the ball in front; she was my Defensive MVP. Offensively, she had stretches where she completely dominated the game and scored whenever she wanted. She has a nice handle and can get to the rim. Very poised demeanor with good vision and IQ. If help defenders stepped up, she made the right play and didn’t force anything. She didn’t take a ton of threes, but she showed that she could make them.
2022 Aniyah Hampton Aniyah Hampton 5'9" | CG Hudson's Bay | 2022 State WA | 5’9 SG | Hudson’s Bay HS (WA)
I was really impressed with Hampton’s offensive skills; the game just looked easy to her out there. She scored from all three levels and got to her spots. There were many times when defenders played good defense and Aniyah still had the focus and skill to hit the shot. She has real hoop game and will be a tough cover at the next level.
2023 Imbie Jones Imbie Jones 6'2" | SF Garfield | 2023 State WA | 6’1 SF | Garfield HS (WA)
Imbie has an elite skill set. After rebounds, she pushes on the break and makes plays. Good vision on the break and out the post. She attacks the rim in the halfcourt and can pull up over defenders for middy’s whenever she wants. She also has range out to three which makes her very dangerous at her size.
2023 Gracie Turley | 5’9 SG | Mount Si HS (WA)
