Rory Conboy Rory Conboy 6'0" | PF Lindbergh | 2024 State MO (Lindbergh): A 6’0″ 2024 forward who displayed versatility and a skill set at both ends of the court. She scored some solid moves around the basket with good footwork and a nice shooting touch. She could also grab the rebound and take off dribbling coast to coast. She was also a big factor on the defensive end with her shot blocking.
Ava McCulla (Parkway South), pictured: A 2025 post player who was very impressive on the defensive end with her shot blocking. She used her length and good timing to block and alter shots without fouling. She has good hands to catch the ball i the post and some solid footwork inside to score in traffic.
Dee Dee Walton (Lift for Life): A diminutive 2024 point guard who has good speed and quickness and she utilized them well at both ends. She is a feisty defender with quick hands to apply ball pressure. She also excels in the open court in transition. I also liked her step-back jumper.
Jayla Kirksey (Gateway Legacy): A 2023 forward who played with a lot of activity and toughness. She did a good job of posting up strong inside and establishing her position. She also scored on some strong takes off the dribble. She was also very good on the offensive boards.
Lauryn Wimbley (Lift for Life): A 2026 point guard who played very well against the older high school players. She is very quick with good handles and the ability to penetrate. She also did a good job of handling the pressure defense that was thrown at her. She delivered some nice passes throughout the day.
Kelcey Jones (Ritenour): A solid wing player who was very aggressive with some strong takes to the basket. If she didn’t score, she did a good job drawing fouls. She was also rebounding and hustling after loose balls on a regular basis.
