2022, 5’3, PG, Chaminade Prep HS, Kayla Cabaccang Kayla Cabaccang 5'3" | PG Chaminade Prep | 2022 State CA Kayla is a jitterbug on the floor, she is capable of leading her team as the true point guard, but can also get some buckets for you cause she is skilled at scoring from all three levels on the floor. She is quick, savvy, has an High IQ and is one of the best setup guards on the floor most times. She has improved on her leadership skills on the floor and is ready to lead Chaminade this season if they play.
2022, 5’11, CG, Orangewood Academy HS, Hannah Stines Hannah Stines 5'9" | SG Troy HS | 2022 State CA – Stines to me was one of the biggest stock risers this spring. Playing on both the EYBL circuit and on her high school team, Stines already has some Division 1 offers, but certainly cemented her name as a player to watch out for in SoCal. She has become very comfortable with the ball in her hands and being able to create offense off the dribble. She can use screens to free herself for jumpers and she has a solid three-point shot. She can get to the rim and can also find open teammates.
2022, 5’4, PG/SG, Troy HS, Isabella Pearson Isabella Pearson 5'4" | PG Troy HS | 2022 State CA – Bella as they called her is a monster on the floor, she is aggressive to the basket, can pull up for the midrange and will pop the three ball in your face. She did not fear anyone on the floor and she took charge like a lead guard should in that situation and she showed it each and every time she had the ball in her hand. This kid is a player.
2023, 5’4, CG, Corona Centennial HS, Sydni Summers Sydni Summers 5'4" | CG Corona Centennial HS | 2023 State CA – Summers has also been playing for West Coast United on the AAU circuit and is a very solid guard prospect. I first saw her play as a freshman against Windward in the Southern Section Open Division playoffs and she was a huge reason why the Huskies made the game competitive. She’s a quick guard who runs the break well and finds her open teammates. She’s strong and uses her body to get into the lane and finish over the defense. Good shooter from three-point range. Good wing defender.
