, 5’2″, PG, Wichita Southeast (KS), 2022 – As someone who has seen Adair play numerous times over the years, a couple fresh opinions from observers unfamiliar with her were great to her. After her first game what people were telling me was they were impressed with her quickness and that she played in control. Phillipe noted that she looked really looked good attacking the basket and made a nice euro step move in transition step for a finish. Adair showed that she is a playmaker first point guard who has her head up leading transition plays to see her options. She also showed she can hit the mid-range and perimeter shot and knows how to score over taller players.
Amaya Marshall Amaya Marshall 5'6" | PG Lawrence | 2023 State KS , 5’6″, PG/SG, Lawrence (KS), 2023 – Marshall is a solidly build, athletic and capable ball handler who can score as well as she can make the easy, soft entry pass to post players. I liked her quick trigger when canning a three from the wing off a kick-out pass.
Makinley McCartt, 5’1″, SG, Alma (AR), 2024 – McCartt is a perimeter shooter with legitimate 25′ range. She also is quick, fast in transition, and spaces well in the half court.
Lauren Bogle Lauren Bogle 5'6" | CG Park Hill South | 2023 MO , 5’6″, SG, Park Hill South (MO), 2023 – Bogl showed herself to be a consistent threat on the perimeter not just as a shooter but as a defender as well. Good quickness, fast hands, and smarts generate her share of steals that turn into points.
Nariah Clay, 5’8″, Canton (MO), 2023 – Clay show good handles and the ability to get to the hoop with speed and finish with length.
Reagan Wells, 5’10”, Liberty (MO), 2024 – Wells showed the ability to finish with her left in transition with contact off the catch. She runs the floor well and with her head on a swivel with her hands up to catch a pass.
Regan Williams Regan Williams 6'2" | SF Link Academy | 2024 State MO , 6’2″, CG/SF, Park Hill South (MO), 2024 – A versatile 2024 wing who excelled at virtually every spot on the floor. She handled the ball and made decisions with confidence. Her height made her a big match-up problem as she showed scoring ability inside either on the drive or in the post. She also knocked down perimeter jumpers. Williams created problems on defense with her length as a shot blocker.
Daphne Bracker, 6’2″, C, Lawrence (KS), 2023 – Bracker has good size and solid north-south speed. Phillipe thought she did a nice job of using her body well in the half court and kept the ball high around the basket to finish. Bracker looked to hit the mid-range shot.
Taelyn Smith Taelyn Smith 6'0" | SF Notre Dame De Sion | 2025 State MO , 5’10”, SF, Notre Dame De Sion, 2025 – In his event article about top 2025s and 2026s Earl Austin says it all about the talented Smith: “I really enjoyed watching this young 2025 forward do her work inside. She’s physically strong with good fundamentals and footwork. She catches the ball well in traffic and finished with a nice touch. She can also turn and face up the defense and make a play on the drive or shoot the jumper.”
