Christen Banks Christen Banks 5'8" | CG Southfield A&T | 2025 State MI
I was excited to see Banks play and she didn’t disappoint. I really like her overall speed and fluidity on the basketball court. Banks has some playmaker in her that will be fun to watch.
Zion Belcher-Arill Zion Belcher-Arill 6'2" | PF Campbell Hall | 2025 CA
Belcher-Arill was the talk of the town on Sunday. She let the state know that even though she’sa freshman, she’s coming ready to play this season. She has tremendous positional height and strength.
Morgan Bergquist Morgan Bergquist 5'10" | PF Elk Rapids | 2024 State MI
I had never scouted Bergquist before, so I was really excited by what I saw. She constantly made a difference in the paint. Bergquist scored repeatedly off put back buckets and showed that she could power the ball up through contact.
Lexie Bowers Lexie Bowers 5'7" | CG Kent City | 2023 State MI
I really like what Bowers is bringing to the table this season. She looked like a dynamic playmaker through and through at the Top 250. With Bowers attacking the defenses like that, good luck slowing her down.
Macy Brown Macy Brown 5'11" | PG East Grand Rapids | 2023 State MI
Macy Brown Macy Brown 5'11" | PG East Grand Rapids | 2023 State MI confirmed a lot of things on Sunday in Grand Rapids. Yea, she has one of the most pure jumpers in the state, but also that she’s one of the most well rounded offensive players that I’ve seen. Brown can create for herself or her teammates off the bounce and showed tremendous court vision. Her name will probably be in Miss Basketball conversations someday.
Faith Carson Faith Carson 6'4" | C Buchanan | 2023 State MI
I’ve been a believer in Carson since her freshman season , and once again, she showed me why. This time, she’s even better as a player. Carson has improved her quickness and lateral movement while remaining one of the strongest post players in the country.
Alexus Dunn Alexus Dunn 5'7" | SG Greenville | 2024 State MI
Dunn sent a message loud and clear. She’s always had a reputation as a shooter and a very capable all around scorer, but on Sunday she showed that her ame is much more than that. Dunn looked improved as a ball handler and a passer.
Anna Lassan Anna Lassan 5'11" | SF South Lyon East | 2024 State MI
Lassan showed up ready to play and constantly impressed me throughout the Top 250. I liked the strength and toughness she showed in the paint, specifically defensively and on the boards. It seemed like every time I walked by Lassan’s court, she was doing some little thing to help her team win.
Sela Lefler Sela Lefler 5'6" | PG North Farmington | 2023 State MI
Lefler sent a message to those paying attention. She once again showed us that she doesn’t have to have a huge scoring night to be a key player. She’s so much improved as a ball handler and facilitator. This allows Lefler to contribute in a variety of ways.
Alice Max Alice Max 6'2" | PF Rochester | 2025 State MI
Max put the state of Michigan on alert at the Top 250. She looked like one of the top young post players in the state. Max will be a huge asset on both ends of the floor.
Alexcis Parker Alexcis Parker 5'9" | PG Flint Powers | 2023 State MI
Last I saw Parker, she had the look of a future leader with a passion for the game. I was excited to see that those traits have indeed blossomed for her. Not to mention, she’s improved as a ball handler and all around lead guard.
Tessa Roe Tessa Roe 5'5" | PG Lansing Catholic | 2024 State MI
Roe let her defense do the talking at the Top 250. She actively and aggressively went after the ball, forcing turnover after turnover. Her quickness and nose for the ball were a lethal combination.
Dekota Smith Dekota Smith 5'7" | PG Toledo Notre Dame Academy | 2023 MI
Dekota Smith Dekota Smith 5'7" | PG Toledo Notre Dame Academy | 2023 MI is going to be an issue for teams in Ohio. Her ability to start and stop on a dime and her quickness when changing directions are going to floor a lot of defenders.
Armoni Strozier Armoni Strozier 6'1" | PF Flint Carman-Ainsworth | 2023 State MI
Strozier is going to be a problem for opponents this high school season. Not many teams have someone that can match the combination of her strength and ability to move offensively. Strozier is going to be a matchup nightmare.
Hannah Toutant Hannah Toutant 6'0" | C Macomb Dakota | 2022 State MI
Toutant has been working really hard this fall and she has made her message perfectly clear. The way she continued to play at the Top 250 tells me 1 thing – She can compete with any post player in the state of Michigan. She works hard and well with her back to the basket.
Madi Uyl
Uyl showed some big time potential at the Top 250. She was a downhill guard that thrived with the ball in her hands. Uyl scored from multiple levels and constantly created.
