One of the more intriguing long-term prospects at camp was Jazmin Thornton Jazmin Thornton 6'0" | SF Carver-Columbus | 2024 State GA . She’s a long lefty that plays on the perimeter. She uses her length when crashing the boards to earn second chance opportunities. Thornton is still growing into her body, but her wiry frame and mobility project at the next level. She tended to settle for too many outside shots in the game I saw, but when she was aggressive and worked her way to the basket she was quite effective.

The versatility of Madison Lee Madison Lee 6'0" | SF Statesboro | 2022 State GA gives Coach Marty Holder an ace in his back pocket. Lee can play 1-5 in spurts and can help initiate the offense and break the press. She was comfortable starting fast breaks after cleaning up rebounds and has the foot speed to get down court quickly. Lee’s highlight of the game was an attack off the dribble which resulted in a spin into a fadeaway jumper from the mid-range. While she didn’t score much in the one game I saw, she did stuff the stat sheet defensively as a long-armed shot blocker that could disrupt offenses and eliminate second chances.

Kolina Smith Kolina Smith 5'7" Hillgrove | 2022 GA stood out as a sneaky good player. She’s a lanky guard that can score from different spots. She hit a pair of threes and showcased an ability to go coast-to-coast. Smith plays with a lot of energy, loving to crash the glass and spark transition opportunities. She always seemed to be around the ball and made good things happen.

Known for her defensive prowess and hustle, Sara Grace Bertolini Sara Grace Bertolini 5'4" | PG Valor Christian | 2023 State GA let it fly from deep, sinking three threes and finishing with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Bertolini provides toughness and fearlessness on the floor. She shot the ball with confidence, an impressive new dimension to her game.

The moment wasn’t too big for rising freshman Hope Mitchell Hope Mitchell 5'6" Harrison | 2025 GA . She played with an aggressive mindset, hunting her offense as a perimeter scorer. She crashed in for rebounds and helped earn second chances. Mitchell was able to create separation with the dribble and free herself for open mid-range jumpers.

Veronaye Charlton Veronaye Charlton 5'4" | PG Norcross | 2023 State GA can play at a break-neck pace. She’s a little guard that runs her tank empty with her energy. She’s an exceptional rebounder for her size, sneaking in to snatch rebounds and push the ball in transition. Charlton has a good handle and uses her quickness to get to the rack.
2025 5-9 SG Kayla Whitner Kayla Whitner 5'11" | SG Woodward Academy | 2025 State GA – Woodward Academy
The three-point specialist showed a new dimension to her game. Whitner looked good with the ball in her hands, using a sharp crossover to get downhill. Continuing to add creativity to her game will help Whitner become an even more well-rounded player.
