7th Place: Colleton County HS (Walterboro) 58 vs Burke HS 40
The Lady Cougars really had no troubles in this game with the Lady Bulldogs. Shandi Brown Shandi Brown 5'7" | SF Colleton County | 2024 State SC led the way for the Lady Cougars with 18 points while Heaven Green Heaven Green 5'4" | PG Colleton County | 2024 State SC added 16 points.
Alexia Parnell-Glover Alexia Parnell-Glover 5'4" | CG Burke | 2022 State SC did her best to keep her Burke HS squad in the game. Alexia finished with 27 points in the defeat.
5th Place: Stratford HS (Goose Creek) 54 vs Goose Creek HS 32
The Lady Knights jumped on neighborhood rival and never looked back. Stratford HS took a 12-2 first quarter lead and cruised into the halftime break leading 34-11. The Lady Knights were led in scoring by my unofficial scoring totals with Yasmine Cook Yasmine Cook 5'8" | SF Stratford | 2023 State SC with 16 points and Kaleyia Brown Kaleyia Brown 5'3" | SG Stratford | 2023 State SC 14 points. Brown created havoc all day long in the passing lanes and setting her teammates up with good looks around the paint.
The Lady Gators have a young roster for veteran Head Coach Tim Baldwin will rely on several underclassmen to lead the way this season. Goose Creek HS has just 2 seniors on the roster this season.
3rd Place: Orangeburg-Wilkinson HS 43 vs Beaufort HS 30
The Lady Bruinettes were led in scoring by Shar’dasia Zeigler Shar’dasia Zeigler 5'5" | CG Orangeburg-Wilkinson | 2022 State SC with 18 points while Deondra Darby Deondra Darby 5'6" | CG Orangeburg-Wilkinson | 2022 State SC added 12 points in the win.
Quinn Wilson Quinn Wilson 5'3" | PG Beaufort | 2023 State SC led the Lady Eagles with 17 points in defeat.
Championship: Summerville HS 58 vs Stall HS 43
The Lady Green Wave jumped out to 22-2 first quarter lead and made it 29-9 at the halftime break. Summerville HS didn’t sub much along the way playing mostly 6-7 players up until the start of the 4th quarter. The Lady Green Wave led the Lady Warriors 47-20 starting the 4th quarter.
Jasmine Grant Jasmine Grant 6'0" | PF Summerville | 2022 State SC was too much inside for the Lady Warriors to handle. Grant had 20 points unofficial according to my stats and was extremely efficient around the cup all night long. Terranique Polite Terranique Polite 5'9" | CG Summerville | 2022 State SC , Ya’niah Smith and Jehmyah Chisolm Jehmyah Chisolm 5'5" | CG Fort Dorchester | 2025 SC all added 8 points in the win.
