Colleen Phiri Colleen Phiri 5'11" | PF Tilton | 2025 State NewE – Bradford Christian Academy- 5’11’’ – PF
Rank: #12
Phiri has been very consistent for Bradford Christian Academy thus far. I think she has given her team great production on the glass and inside scoring. I don’t think anyone in the ’25 is as good at getting to the free-throw line as Phiri. She can dominate the high post and low block with her soft shooting touch while getting the opposing forwards into foul trouble. Her impact in the paint has helped BCA register a couple of big wins this season. Her 25 point performance vs. Marianapolis is the latest example of her offensive dominance.
Kate Allard Kate Allard 6'2" | PF Bedford | 2025 State NewE – Bedford – 6’2’’ – SF/PF
Rank: #21
Last week, Allard showed her potential in the second half of Bedford’s game vs. Bishop Guertin. She sprints the floor in transition, is a good ball-handler for her size, and is a tough one-on-one matchup. Allard caught the ball on the wing one possession and ripped baseline on one play, blowing right by the defense and getting to the basket. In another sequence, she spotted up and hit an 18-foot jump shot. Allard will also crash the glass on both sides of the ball. She can be so impactful with her versatility because she is comfortable outside and inside. Due to her height, skill set, and athleticism, she arguably has the highest upside of anyone outside of the top 15.
Lyla Campbell Lyla Campbell 5'9" | CG Pingree | 2025 State NewE – Pingree – 5’9’’ – CG
Rank: #26
Campbell is listed as a combo guard, but Campbell has had to shift over to the forward position because of a few injuries on the Pingree roster. A tall task for a 5’9’’ perimeter player; but watching Campbell this past fall, she showed the toughness to bang down low. This is a role Campbell can find success in because she is a good shot creator and slasher. I trust Campbell can take advantage of mismatches with bigger forwards and either score or draw fouls.
Madison Oliver Madison Oliver 5'11" | SG Norwell | 2025 State NewE – Norwell – 5’11’’ – SG
Rank: #52
Oliver kicked off the winter, leading her Norwell squad to an opening day win vs. Dighton-Rehoboth. She poured in 18 points, and it was with ’23 top 25 prospect Grace Oliver Grace Oliver 6'2" | PF Noble & Greenough | 2024 State NewE not at full health. That performance says a lot about Oliver, who can come in and step up and put Norwell in a position to win as a freshman. At 5’11’’, Oliver should be able to take advantage of many matchups on the wing in the South Shore League this winter. She is a player to keep an eye on, because I think she can be one of the most impactful ’25 prospects in Eastern Massachusetts.
