Sheldon High School has a few players with some potential for some level of college. 2023 5’10 SF Beaux Bruegman Beaux Bruegman 5'10" | SF Sheldon | 2023 State OR had some solid moments getting to her spots drawing fouls or making shots. She was most effective getting to the foul line using her physical style of play. 2025 6’0 SF Diamond Wright is a long athlete with a lot of untapped potential. She plays some point guard for Sheldon, which is great for her development as a ball handler and decision maker. She is best at down hill attacking and slashing from the wing at this stage of her career. 2025 6’0 SF Izzie Harms also showed some flashes as a freshman. She drew contact for foul calls, got to her midrange and showed off some stop and pop ability. As the freshman get more consistent, this group will be better down the road, despite losing star senior center Danika Starr to knee injury earlier in the year.
Camas High School has a strong core of college level talent for a variety of levels. 2024 6’0 SF Reagan Jamison Reagan Jamison 6'1" | SF Camas | 2024 State WA is a player with potential. She is a smooth athlete and above average passer. As she matures in her game and puts everything together she has Division 1 potential. 2024 5’8 SG Ava Smith Ava Smith 5'8" | SG Union | 2024 State WA is known as a shooter, and she did knock down some threes, but I loved to see her attack the basket for a same hand, same foot runner off the glass. Smith is an excellent shooter and high IQ player and I project her as more of a point guard at the college level at her size. 2024 6’1 PF Alana Washington Alana Washington 6'1" | SF Everett | 2024 State WA is a long, quality athlete that brings great versatility to this squad. She boards, defends multiple positions and can finish inside. As she gets stronger, she will only get better. 2025 5’7 G Keirra Thompson Keirra Thompson 5'6" | PG Camas | 2025 State WA displayed high IQ and great three point shooting ability.
Washougal High School does not have the height of past years, but they are certainly not lacking heart. As the smallest classification school in the event, they have the biggest challenge with the competition level, but this will help them competing in Washington’s 2A class. Idaho signee Jaiden Bea Jaiden Bea 5'10" | SF Washougal | 2022 State WA had some good moments attacking the basket, scrapping on the floor and rebounding. South Dakota School of Mines signee Savea Mansfield Savea Mansfield 5'9" | SG Washougal | 2022 State WA displayed toughness and some slashing ability to score inside.
The team with the most depth of college talent is Clackamas High School out of Oregon. 2023 6’3 Eliza Buerk Eliza Buerk 6'3" | PF Clackamas | 2023 State OR went down with what appeared to be an ankle injury early in the first quarter which was unfortunate, but they have a lot of depth at the guard and wing positions. 2025 5’9 Dylan Mogel is a great defender and quality athlete that slashes and makes plays in transition. 2025 5’10 Sara Barhoum is another player that showed flashes with solid size and skill as a guard. 2025 6’1 SF Jazmine Davidson is a skilled finisher with her strong hand that is best going down hill in transition. A high major prospect in the 2025 class. Clackamas had multiple other prospects on their roster that colleges should be spending time getting to know outside of the one nationally ranked prospect in Davidson.
