She now plays for her father, Prilue Davis, who also coaches her club team, BSP. While her offensive skills are strong, she is an outstanding defender and leads her team in steals. She has received interest from three basketball blue bloods – Stanford, Oregon, and Connecticut. One scout commented on her game. “Mia is an athletic guard who manufacturers shots, delivers her mid-range jumper, is physical off the ball, and drives and finishes plays in traffic. She is also a strong and active rebounder and not afraid to mix it up inside.”

According to her coach, Vernon Beard, Bella is a hard worker. “You can’t teach that. To be great at something, you’ve got to sacrifice some time and that is what she does and it’s a treat to coach her. She’s going to be the first one in and the last one out.” A fanatical defensive player, she is outstanding at both man-to-man and various zone defenses. Bella also has a 4.33 GPA.
