Vivian Franklin Vivian Franklin 5'8" | SG Greenhill School | 2025 State TX -5’7 PG (Cedar Hill)
Franklin is one of the top players in Texas which equates to the nation and when you have the ability and mindset she possesses, ” no one can stop me” and does a good job showing it against next-level talent, well that speaks volumes yet what I’m really liking even more is her court vision and her understanding how to set teammates up. Yes, she’s explosive off the dribble as well as off the jumper which she knocks down mid to long-range, and although I missed it, I read she completed four 4 point plays in a game which doesn’t surprise me
Chandler Preston-Carver-5’8 CG (Hardin Jefferson)
Preston-Carver just keeps showing she belongs, yeah I got her on the next update because she’s not an ordinary freshman and definitely not “the baby” anymore. Her poise just does it for me as well as her ability to score in the flow and with numerous scorers on the team, that’s big because she still finds ways to contribute and be relevant yet I called her a #D1Lock a long time ago, so throw away the key
Charish Thompson-6’0 P (Sasche)
Thompson is “long and athletic” and that’s the base I use for many profiles, the intangibles help separate from there, and watching her play the passing lane was nice, so was her attacking from the wing yet she also elevates over players in the paint, she rebounds on both ends, yeah she scores on putbacks after contact but she also has good timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots
Camille Williams-5’11 G (Saginaw)
Willaims grabbed my attention a year and a half ago and this is what I said. As usual, I was on the money and she’s already receiving D1 offers because I’m not a novice nor do I make deposits to future portalees, I made that word up but I don’t make-up evals and her upside is still scary because she’s a big guard that understands how to score multiple ways. Off the dribble, that first step is powerful, so are her finishes yet she can stretch the defense and make them guard her from outside because she can drop the jumper
Carley Hamilton-5’6 G (Captain Shreve) LA
Hamilton is from where my ancestors are from and even though nepotism is prevalent with many evaluators, not with me and watching her SWB, speed with the ball, in the open court to either score or dish, yes she sees the floor in transition very well, half-court also, but she has a nice stop and pop going full speed. She takes the defender with either hand in the set and her acrobatic finishes were very nice
Arionna Patterson- 5’11 G/F (Walker) LA
Patterson has a fitting nickname “SKYWALKER” and defying gravity at this stage is college-ready now, I can’t make this stuff up, and speaking of UPS, she soars on the jumper, off the dribble attacking the rim, and for rebounds, yeah on putbacks yet that body control is nice because she creates contact which is making her an “and one” waiting to happen and the scary part is she’s definitely a #BCSLock and her ceiling has no roof
