Leia Trinh Leia Trinh 5'6" | CG Greenwood | 2024 State KY , Greenwood – Some thought Greenwood could slip a little this season after losing Jackie Jackson to graduation but Trinh has stepped up in a big way for the Lady Gators. She’s scoring 23 points per game but her offense doesn’t seem forced as Leia is a willing passer and a very efficient scorer overall.
Kayla Unkraut Kayla Unkraut 5'9" | CG St Henry | 2024 State KY , Saint Henry – The 9th region is absolutely loaded with talent in every class but Unkraut gets overlooked by many in the area. Kayla started her career at Villa Madonna before enrolling at St Henry and her production has been consistent for the last 3 seasons. Averaging 15 points and 6 rebounds per game, Kayla leads her team in nearly every statistical category and truly does it all for her team to win.
Peyton Bugg Peyton Bugg 5'9" | SF Boyle County | 2024 State KY , Boyle County – The 12th region is loaded with talent and Bugg is proving herself to be a top 2024 in the region. She leads Boyle with 15 points and 8 rebounds per game and, like Unkraut, she leads her team in nearly every statistical category. The Sophomore wing has good size and athleticism and could be a breakout candidate this summer.
Anna Kate Drakeford Anna Kate Drakeford 5'6" | SG Mercer County | 2024 State KY , Mercer County – AK just returned from an ACL tear sustained at the regional tournament last year and has picked up where she left off. She had 6 points in limited action against Lincoln County then had 14 points in 16 minutes last night in another win for the Titans. Once Drakeford is all the way back to her old self, Mercer will be a threat to win the region and make a little noise at state.
