This game was much like many of their previous battles with both teams throwing haymakers and making big runs. St. Frances opened up with some aggressive full court pressure that briefly rattled McDonogh but they adjusted and started to dish out their physical play and took a two point lead after the first. McDonogh controlled the second quarter and took a ten point lead into halftime. St. Frances rallied in the third to take a brief lead before Mcdonogh seized control for good enroute to a 63-52 win.
