2022 5’8 PG Veronica Sheffey Veronica Sheffey 5'8" | PG Woodinville | 2022 State WA has been a four year impact player for Woodinville High School and she has surpassed 1000 points and counting to date. Woodinville is a heavy contender for the 4A state title and Sheffey will be a huge reason if they are able to bring home the Gold Ball. Woodinville has placed second two times in the last four years, but with Sheffey leading the way, this could be the year the Lady Falcons win it all. Sheffey is signed to play her college basketball at the University of San Diego.
2022 5’7 PG Mya Hatchett Groce Mya Hatchett Groce 5'7" | PG Pasco | 2022 State WA also surpassed 1000 points scored as she tears up the MCC individually and with her Pasco High School squad. The Pride of Pasco is averaging 20 points per game and will far surpass the 1000 points scored by the end of the season. Pasco is another top contender in 4A and we could end up seeing a Hatchett Groce versus Sheffey showdown at the state tournament. Mya is still unsigned and open for her recruitment.
