Class of 2024 Standouts
2024 6’2 C Jacey Eggers Jacey Eggers 6'2" | PF Woodinville | 2024 State WA (Woodinville HS) – A tall and long post prospect that has potential and will only get better with time. She has a solid feel for the game, rebounds and clogs space on defense. She has a soft touch with her shot and as she gets stronger and more aggressive she will finish more of her shots in the paint for and ones. Eggers was able to impact the state championship winning team as a sophomore and will be more of a focal point next year.
2024 6’0 SF Reagan Jamison Reagan Jamison 6'1" | SF Camas | 2024 State WA (Camas HS) – A super standout that had some truly dominant performances at the Tacoma Dome. Division 1 coaches in attendance were impressed and it’s safe to say Jamison walked away with some new “interests” to say the least. Her floater game is on point, she is athletic enough to get to the basket and she is a solid midrange shooter. As she continues to develop her handle going left and making more change of direction moves, it will open up her game even more.
2024 5’9 SG Sofia Aluas Sofia Aluas 5'9" | SG Eastlake | 2024 State WA (Eastlake HS) – A stock riser from the state tourney that showed well with her hustle and offensive skill set. She can hit shots and score in transition. Aluas is a good rebounder from the guard position, averaging over 6 rebounds per game for Eastlake. A player to continue to track moving forward.
2024 5’9 SG Tatum Wood Tatum Wood 5'9" | SF Eastlake | 2024 State WA (Eastlake HS) – Another Eastlake standout who really impressed with her heart and hustle. In each of the state tournament games she was good for a double-double just dominating the glass as a guard. Wood is a player who is trending well and look forward to seeing more of.
2024 5’8 SG Teryn Gardner Teryn Gardner 5'8" | PG Mead | 2024 State WA (Mead HS) – Mead struggled coming over to the west side of the state where the competition was much stiffer than in Spokane this year, but Gardner was a bright spot. Gardner is a good downhill player than can attack and score in the paint. She rebounds and pushes the tempo. As she develops a consistent pull-up jumper and long range three ball more so, she could be one of the most difficult matchups in the state for the 2024 class.
