Delilah Soltys Delilah Soltys 5'11" | PG Mauldin | 2025 State SC – FBC Carolina Elite Sykes 15U – Mauldin HS (pictured on front)
Soltys has actually grown a few inches in the past year and is really starting to sprout up. Delilah and her teammates cruised to an easy victory on Sunday morning. Soltys a left-handed guard was great finishing drives to the cup along with showing some crafty passing skills. She plays the game very mature well beyond her years on the floor.
Te’Ericka Dowling Te’Ericka Dowling 5'8" | PG Byrnes | 2025 State SC – FBC Carolina Elite Sykes 15U – Byrnes HS (Duncan)
Dowling and Soltys are the only two members on this team from the Palmetto State. Te’Ericka was able to connect on some jump shots on the perimeter and always tends to be shot ready to receive the ball. She does a good job away from the ball in remaining active on the floor. This duo will really help this squad this Grassroots season will their unselfish play. Dowling had a big freshman season for the Lady Runnin Rebels.
Kadence Walker-Lee Kadence Walker-Lee 5'10" | PF Gray Collegiate | 2025 State SC – A’ja Wilson Elite 2025 – Gray Collegiate
Walker-Lee really likes to go to work down low in the paint. Kadence plays the game with some ruggedness and toughness down low. She will look to carve out space down on block or run out and defend a player on the perimeter. Kadence has really good versatility and always remains active on the floor.
Lauren Jacobs Lauren Jacobs 5'9" | PG Heathwood Hall | 2025 State SC – A’ja Wilson Elite 2025 – Cardinal Newman
Jacobs played both guard spots in the game today on her way to 22 points in a win over the Carolina Flames 910. Lauren has a nice stroke from behind the 3-point line and feels most comfortable playing off the ball at times. She was able to finish at the basket on several occasions with her left-hand. Jacobs helped the Cardinals win a Class 3A SCISA State Championship this past season.
Karlee Phelps Karlee Phelps 6'2" | C Gray Collegiate | 2025 State SC – A’ja Wilson Elite 2025 – Gray Collegiate
Phelps really keeps improving her skill set every time we catch her play. Karlee can back you down in the low block or step-out the elbow and knockdown the open shot. A few times today Karlee brought the ball up and showed some guard skills which I have ever seen before. Phelps really shows to have a soft set of hands and the ability to finish around the cup.
Sabreya Monsanto Sabreya Monsanto 5'11" | SF Heathwood Hall | 2025 State SC – A’ja Wilson Elite 2025 – Cardinal Newman
Monsanto just brings it all game long with her endless energy and determination on the floor. Sabreya NEVER TURNS OFF THE MOTOR. She brings an even better attitude while on the bench for a quick breather cheering on her teammates and yelling out plays. Sabreya scored 13 points today according to my unofficial stats but, she really can affect a game by her constant energy on the floor. Sabreya played a lot of point guard today for the Red, White and Blue more than I have seen in the past from her.
Anasia Harvey Anasia Harvey 6'0" | C Ridge View | 2025 State SC – Palmetto 76ers Select 2025 – Ridge View HS
Harvey and her teammates ran into a brick wall today. Anasia showed some flashes down in the paint with her ability to keep the ball up and willingness to seal down low. She stays active on both sides of the floor and will rebound the ball outside of her area.
The 2025 Palmetto State Girls Class HAS SO MUCH TALENT here in South Carolina!!!!
