Kaitlyn Emanuel Kaitlyn Emanuel 6'0" | SF North Bend Central | 2023 State NE | North Bend Central | Jr | Forward
Emanuel set the pace for the Bearcats in the first by establishing herself down low. For the game, Emanuel scored 13 points, grabbed nine rebounds, had three steals and added two blocks. Her play in the paint helped create a lead at the half, but her defense by challenging shots in the paint is what made a difference for North Bend and brought home a championship. Emanuel should have a strong senior year.

Bailey Kissinger Bailey Kissinger 5'7" | CG St. Cecilia | 2022 State NE | Hastings St. Cecilia | Sr | Guard
Kissinger had to work hard on both sides of the ball, as the main offensive producer and guarding Bridgeport’s best guard Olivia Loomis-Goltl. After a slow start, Kissinger scored 13 of her game high 17 points in the second half. She also managed to pull down six rebounds for the Blue Hawks. Kissinger is scrappy and does not mind the contact of driving the lanes but has a smooth jumpshot. Kissinger is committed to the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

Olivia Loomis-Goltl | Bridgeport | So | Guard
Olivia fills the stat sheet almost every time she is on the court, the C2 championship was no different. She led the Bulldogs in scoring with 16 points, chased down four rebounds, dished out five assists and swiped five steals in the game. Olivia attacks the rim and embraces contact. She has improved her outside shooting and it has allowed her to diversify her game. She has good size for the point guard position which allows her to compete with some bigs on the glass. Olivia is quickly becoming one of the top prospects in state, with interest from multiple division I colleges.

Ruthie Loomis-Goltl | Bridgeport | Jr | Forward
Ruthie made the list of top performers in all three rounds of the state championships. Standing 6 foot 3, Ruthie is a terror in the paint, not only with her pure size, but with her footwork around the basket. In the game, she scored 14 points while grabbing 12 rebounds and blocking five shots. She requires a double team which frees up the guards for one on one penetration, to where she can clean up the glass. Ruthie has solidified herself as a top prospect and, like her sister, has multiple division I colleges interested in her services.

Addison Schneider Addison Schneider 6'1" | C Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family | 2022 State NE | Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family | Sr | Center
Averaging around 18 points and 14 rebounds a game in the regular season, Schneider did not disappoint in the championship. She scored twelve points and secured 14 rebounds to help propel her team to a state championship. Schneider has excellent size and strength. She does an incredible job of controlling the boards and limiting teams scoring opportunities, while creating second chance points for her team. Schneider would provide some size and toughness to any school.

Lexi Frauendorfer Lexi Frauendorfer 5'6" | SG Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family | 2022 State NE | Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family | Sr | Guard
Frauendorfer has a tough as nails mentality and plays bigger than her size. In the championship, she scored 10 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and even added two blocks. Frauendorfer lived in the lane making layups and drawing fouls, leading to eight free throw attempts. Any school looking for a guard who is not afraid to mix it up in the paint will get a gem in Frauendorfer.

Rachel Magdanz Rachel Magdanz 5'10" | PG Falls City Sacred Heart | 2022 State NE | Falls City Sacred Heart | Sr | Guard
Magdanz took over in the second half for the Irish. She scored 12 of her game high 14 points and pulled down five of her six rebounds. Magdanz has a strong motor, using it to be persistent in driving for buckets and pestering opponents on the defensive side. She has shown an ability to knock down shots from distance but excels at driving to draw contact. Magdanz created eight attempts from the foul line, making six of them in the fourth quarter alone. Magdanz’s hustle and grittiness could provide a school with an extra gear.
