’23 Joselyn Cottone-Sullivan | 5’8 Guard | Fusion Basketball Academy
All around. Joselyn simply impacts the game from all areas. Defensively, she can play off the ball and jump lanes and gaps with precision or guard uptight and cause problems for the ball handler. On the opposite side of the ball is where she shines. She’s a hustle player who can strictly be the facilitator or can attack the basket and get some paint buckets.
’23 Mariya Sisco | 5’9 Guard | Fusion Basketball Academy
1/2 of the sniper sisters. Mariya’s game is a bit different but still aggressive. She’s an on-ball pest that just finds ways to get the ball without using much energy. At the rim, she has a soft touch, behind the arc it’s cash and her confidence is sky-high even if it rims out (which is rare). She’s a plug-and-play type of guard that can excel no matter where she’s placed on the court.
’23 Ashley Wilcox Ashley Wilcox 5'8" | CG Normal West | 2023 State IL | 5’9 Guard | Fusion Basketball Academy
Wilcox was definitely one of my favorite players to watch. Her game screams “whatever needs to be done, I’ll do it”. She’s a high-energy guard that can be your primary playmaker due to her solid but highly effective ball-handling or she can be one of your go-to scorers due to her strength and 3-level ability. Defensively, she has no let-up in her game. She plays tough, tight, and defends with a purpose.
’24 Kailey Starks Kailey Starks 5'8" | CG Evanston | 2024 State IL | 5’8 Guard | Full Package 2023 Black
Stark’s game is efficient and impactful. She’s a complete bucket on the offensive side and a nightmare to deal with on the opposite side of the ball. When attacking the rim, she can weave her way through almost anyone. Her playmaking skills are on a high tier as well. Amazing vision and her awareness of everyone around her is that as well. High energy on the boards is another key to her well-rounded game. She’s liable to get a triple-double on most nights because of her need to stay active.
’24 Kate Arne | 6’3 Wing | Full Package 2023 Black
I am definitely a part of the Arne fan club and when you see this kid play, you’ll have to buy in as well. She’s a long and athletic wing who can knock down the mid or play with her back to the basket. Her release is smooth, and her touch around the rim is smooth. Defensively, however, is where Arne is at her best. She’s a baseline blanket who will alter, block and or simply disrupt an entire defense based on her energy and active hands. Kate’s potential is roof-breaking.
