Coming tomorrow, some Game Changers from the point guard position, along with some Under the Radar players to watch this spring!
Jordan Wood Jordan Wood 6'4" | PF Carmel Catholic | 2023 State #15 Nation IL , 6-4 2023, Midwest Elite 2023 EYBL
Very talented player on a super successful travel team. She caught the eye of our scouts all weekend long, and the Michigan State commit can play both inside or outside, She is best using her length in the lane. She is a good finisher and positions her body well in the paint. Defensively she can alter or block shots effectively. (pictured left)
Ariella Henigan Ariella Henigan 5'7" | CG Kenwood | 2025 State IL , 5-7 2025, Chicago Hoops Express Silver 2023
Ariella is a pure point guard who is a natural leader for her team, like having a coach on the court. She can score from anywhere with a good midrange shot. Very smooth player with the ball, excellent court vision and passer. She can stick you on defense, and her on-ball presence is very tough to contend with.
Reagan Sipla Reagan Sipla 6'1" | SG St. Charles North | 2024 State IL , 6-0 2024, Full Package 1 2923
Full Package is a solid program with a lot to good talent. Reagan (feature photo above) is one of their best as she is a long and athletic shooting guard with range. She shot the three ball extremely well both days of the event. Reagan is a versatile player who can play and defend the 3-5 positions.
Brook Simpson, 5-10 2024, UTS Lady Elite 2023
I loved her swag as she showcased her skills all weekend at a good level. She showed me a good perimeter game and can distribute the ball well. Brook also moves and cuts well, she is long and athletic and was able to use her size to disrupt smaller point guards.
Amya Bass Amya Bass 5'4" | PG Avon | 2024 IN , 5-4 2024, Indiana Showcase Select 2023
Love how active she was, can crash the boards and attack the rim with aggression. She showed very good leadership skills, can get to the line and knock down the free throws. Runs the floor very well and will finish at the rim.
