Full Package joins the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit this Spring in their 22nd year of competition out of the Chicagoland area, mainly the north side of the city and North/Northwest suburbs.
Coach Steve Pratt has been training athletes for over 30 years, including names like Elton Brand, John Scheyer, and Max Christie on the boy’s side, as well as Amy Jaeschke, Ruth Riley, Jewell Loyd, Veronica Burton, and Cassandre Prosper on the girl’s side.
In the year 2000, Coach Pratt determined that to complete a players training program, they need to be practicing their skills in game settings, so he started the Full Package organization, which now has 18 total teams in the girl’s program.
Full Package focuses very much on skill and player development, but Coach Pratt notes that even before that they want to focus on behavior. “We want to work on how a player thinks, how they treat people, and how they treat themselves. We want all our players to be a productive member of the organization to serve their teammates to the best of their ability. We also play to win, not to showcase.”
Three players from Full Package with very bright futures ahead of them include:
2025 Aubrey Galvan Aubrey Galvan 5'7" | PG Loyola Academy | 2025 State IL is a 5’6” Point Guard with great athleticism and a high IQ. She has a feel for the game that you don’t often see in high school players and makes her teammates better with her vision and passing abilities.
2024 Reagan Sipla Reagan Sipla 6'1" | SG St. Charles North | 2024 State IL is a 6’1” Shooting Guard who can knock down shots from deep with great range. Sipla is a stopper on the defensive end and constantly wants to be coached to improve her game.
2024 Katrina Stack Katrina Stack 6'2" | SF St. Charles North | 2024 State IL is a 6’1” Wing with terrific skill at both ends of the floor. Stack shoots the three at a high level and defends multiple positions with her length and athleticism.
Coach Pratt also made note of a few players he considers “under-the-radar” who are poised for a breakout year on the Circuit:
