An impressive athlete who has consistently improved throughout the year did not disappoint this tournament. Jersey is a good-sized versatile player who is a major threat not only shooting, but she is a top tier defender who is not afraid to put the pressure on the offense. Her game is always improving, and she will be a key player for BHS next year in her Junior season.

5’9” G, Minot High, Minot ND 2023
Maya played a key role this year in Minot Highs impressive State Championship season. The Junior averaged 6.6PPG and shot 30% from the 3pt range. She has a good size frame, and isn’t afraid to use her body to get the rebound. She did a lot of good things this tournament from pulling down boards, shooting from the outside and using her body to drive the lane and drawing the foul. She was exciting to watch, has great energy on the court and is always looking to score.

5’7 G, Legacy High School Bismarck, ND 2024
When your last name is Berryhill, you know you will spend a ton of time on the court. Mia is a very athletic 5’7 Guard who earned her starting spot this year for all the right reasons. She sees the court very well and can run the offense like a seasoned vet. She has very good ball handling skills going left, or right and isn’t afraid to pull the trigger on knocking down deep shots. Next year I think will be her break out year for Legacy High. Did I mention she is also a lefty!

. Alyssa is an incredibly explosive athlete that plays with intensity any coach or fan loves. She keeps getting better, and she is very well balanced. All season in her Junior year she has proved she can and will knock down shots when it matters, including the Championship game of this tournament when she hit the game winning shot with 1.3 seconds left, deep from the corner. She hit her shots, pulled down the ball off the glass, and drives the lane fiercely. All around she is exciting to watch and is someone to keep an eye on this summer, we know she will put up good performances anywhere she goes. I expect her to be on the radar of many D1/D2 Colleges.
Ashley Wacha Ashley Wacha 5'10" | CG Fargo Davies | 2023 State ND 5’9 F/G Fargo Davies, Fargo, ND 2024
There has been plenty of talk about this young lady, and for all the right reasons. She has received an offer from UMary in Bismarck, ND and I expect more to come this year. She had a ton of energy on the court all weekend and was balanced offensively and defensively. She uses her good size frame to grab rebounds off the glass and isn’t afraid to put in the work to get the win. She has an excellent mid-range jumper that adds to her teams arsenal, and is a key player on the court. She is going to be a fun one to follow this Summer and will be a key ingredient to the Davies program.
Paige Breuer Paige Breuer 5'7" | CG Bismarck | 2024 State ND 5’6″ G/ Bismarck High, Bismarck, ND 2024
A powerful guard that continues to let her presence on the court be known. She has a ton of speed that she uses very well in transition to get down the court and make some beautiful passes. Not only did she show she can pass, control the tempo of the game but she can put up nice mid-range shots. She has a ton of positive aspects to her game that will be exciting to see develop this summer. I know she puts the work in the Gym all year, she has a bright future ahead of her.
