Jadyn Glasgow Jadyn Glasgow 5'5" | PG Frederick | 2022 State CO -5’6 PG (Fredricksburg HS) State 38 Black
Glasgow’s intensity grabbed my attention off the top as she sacrificed her body on both ends of the court. he dove for loose balls and took charges yet nothing stopped her from just going hard and after she was hit in the mouth from an elbow, I thought she was done having to leave the game with a bad cut however she came back as if nothing happened and still “never took a play off”
Paige Lambe Paige Lambe 6'2" | PF Verona | 2023 State WI -6’2 C/PF (Verona Area HS) Let It Rain 2023 Black
Lambe is long and athletic, I call that the base, and what she added after that just kept my eyes glued to the things she brought to the table. Yes, the hands and footwork were extremely nice, and so was her “up and under” but she also did an excellent job of not only facing the basket and dropping the jumper but putting the ball on the floor and scoring from the wing. Needless to say, she rebounded on both ends, nice timing to block shots also
Teegan Broaden Teegan Broaden 6'1" | CG Central (St. Joe) | 2023 State MO -6’2 PF- KC Royalty Basketball 2023
Broaden broadened her game throughout the day. Yes, she showed her nice athleticism both on rebounding and “on the ball” defense yet she also used her length well and that combined with her UPS enabled her to score at ease around the basket but she also did something I love to see and that’s ” play the passing lane” and since she can handle the ball, it led to scoring opportunities for her team
Makayla McClellan-5’6 CG (Sunrise HS) Kansas Bluejays 2023
McClennan was simple the spark that came in and energized her teammates as her defense was somewhat smothering and it helped create turnovers one thing I love is seeing “on the ball” heat baseline to baseline yet her energy also was there on the offensive end as her first step enabled her to get by whoever was guarding her ad she either scored or dropped it off for an assist. Let me not omit she did something else and that’s played the passing lane
Kiru Othow Kiru Othow 6'0" | C John Marshall | 2024 State MN -6’1 PF/C (Austin HS) Air Minnesota 2023 [2024]
Othow is also “long and athletic” and she used her length and athletic ability to do some nice things such as block, alter and(or) deflect shots, didn’t have to revisit my notes because she reacted well on defense, rebounded on both ends of the court and she also played the passing lane however she scored around the basket a few times, even scored on putbacks yet her battling for the ball off the rim was solid
