The two-day event as part of the Triumph Region of the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit was staged at Mainland High School – home of the Buccaneers. In addition to travel teams from the Sunshine State, those from Georgia, South Carolina and even Illinois all made the trip to Florida.
The 2025s and 2026s that were at Southeast Slam did not disappoint – which is why such a list was hard to narrow down for both first and second team.
Presley Norman – 2027 – The Bolles School – Blue Heat 2026 – Norman showed all weekend exactly why she is playing up a year in class. One of three from the Bulldogs’ roster playing as part of the Blue Heat 2025 roster, she stands at 5-foot-7. Norman is a consistent threat to steal the ball and those opposing team turnovers can at times translate to scores. She is an accurate shooter who can put the ball through the hoop in a variety of ways – including from midrange and long range. On the second day of the tournament, she had a 20-point performance when her team defeated Space Coast Fury 2026.
Victoria Rodriguez Victoria Rodriguez 5'4" | SG Hagerty | 2025 State FL – 2025 – Faith Christian Academy – Nona Basketball Academy 2025 Black – Rodriguez is no stranger to Prep Girls Hoops Circuit All-Tournament lists as she was part of the 15U First Team from the Triumph Region Kickoff event in Bradenton early last month. She too can score from virtually anywhere on the floor and is also not afraid of contact which and place her at the free throw line. Her offensive skillset includes the ability to limit turnovers and take care of the basketball. Rodriguez scored 15 points in her team’s tournament-opening matchup against Illinois Dream 2025.
Ciara Williams – 2026 – Seacoast Academy – Q4 Elite 2026 – Williams was one of the many reasons why Q4 Elite 2026 departed from Mainland High School having posted a 3-1 record. She is a defensive playmaker who understands how to translate that standout defensive work into offense. Williams will also get herself in position in the painted area to convert on high-percentage shot opportunities. Listed at 5-foot-6, one does not want to leave her open behind the 3-point line with her ability to drain her shots from deep. Williams is the only representative from the Eagles who is part of the Q4 Elite 2026 roster.
Katie Collopy – 2025 – Sandburg HS – Illinois Dream 2025 – Another important contributor in her team’s unbeaten weekend at Daytona Beach, Collopy thrives as a dual sport athlete who excels as a volleyball player in addition to her basketball work. The lion’s share of Collopy’s work comes in the painted area as a big. Collopy will convert on high-percentage shot chances in addition to setting herself up to attack the rim and weave her way through defenders. In one of her team’s matchups from Southeast Slam, she scored 11 points and only had two fouls called against her when her team defeated Nona Basketball Academy 2025 Black on Saturday.
Jamya Stevenson Jamya Stevenson 5'4" | SG FLVS | 2026 State FL – 2026 – Landmark MS – Q4 Elite 2026 – Last, but certainly not least, Stevenson is one of two Landmark players who are part of the travel team’s roster. By virtue of a 14-point effort, her team finished its 3-1 run through the tournament with a 14-point performance against South Carolina-based H2 Lowco 2026. Part of the reason for her stellar offensive exploits was her ability to drain 3-pointers. Two seasons ago, Stevenson was part of the All-Conference team along with one of her Landmark teammates. Hoops aficionados across the Sunshine State have to be excited for what is next for Stevenson.
