Grace Bale Grace Bale 5'7" | SG Taylor County | 2025 State KY , Taylor County – Bale was one of the best young players in the always loaded 5th region last season and has rode that momentum into a summer of getting buckets and wins with her Kentucky Dream team. Grace has shown she can score both on and off the ball and should be on the radar for offers in the near future.
Noel Smith Noel Smith 5'7" | PF Whitefield Academy | 2025 State KY , Whitefield Academy – Noel gets a lot written about her on our site but it is all justified as she’s had a great last year or so between high school and AAU. As a key part of the Kentucky Ice roster, Smith has shown her complete game in addition to being one of the best rebounders in the 2025 class in Kentucky.
Juliana Frazee Juliana Frazee 6'1" | C Franklin County | 2025 State KY , Franklin County – Franklin County has become one of those teams who is consistently reloading the roster with little drop off and Frazee is going to (potentially) be the next great post player for the Lady Flyers after waiting her turn recently. A talented post player who can score over either shoulder, Juliana has been playing well this spring for Richmond Heat and putting herself in position to be an X factor in the 11th region next season.
Ciara Byars Ciara Byars 6'2" | CG George Rogers Clark | 2025 State KY , George Rogers Clark – It’s hard to say a top 3 player in the class is a “stock riser” but Ciara is a massively talented guard who can play inside and out and is right in the mix behind top 20s in America ( ZaKiyah Johnson ZaKiyah Johnson 6'0" | SF Sacred Heart | 2025 State KY and Leah Macy Leah Macy 6'3" | PF Bethlehem | 2025 State KY ) and is a big time power 5 prospect whose ceiling is just as high as Johnson and Macy’s. Byars is a versatile player who can affect the game in every aspect and continues to get better as she gets stronger and keeps raising her skill level.
