Mari Manzanares – Volcano Vista HS, Class of 2023
Mari Manzanares is a athletic 2-way wing for the Lady Hawks that knows how to get to her spots and score. Manzanares operates very well in both the mid range and beyond the arc where she can light it once she is in a rhythm. Mari moves her feet well on defense and has active hands forcing deflections and steals constantly for the Hawks.
Brycelyn Martinez – Escelante HS, Class of 2023
Brycelyn Martinez is a hardworking slashing forward that operates very well in the mid range and down on the block; Brycelyn is not afraid to shoot the elbow jumper if given space and will also use an over the shoulder hook in the paint to score. Martinez plays bigger than she actually is and does a good job of rebounding, and competing on both ends.
Amerie Romero – Capital HS, Class of 2023
Amerie Romero is an interior force for Capital HS thanks to her ability to be both a brick wall on defense and close finisher on offense. Romero runs the floor really well for fast break layups really putting stress on opposing defenses. Amerie uses her size well and does a good job of keeping her arms vertical when blocking shots allowing her to get multiple a game!
WynterRose` Sheka – Tohatchi HS, Class of 2025
WynterRose`Sheka is a long athletic 2-way wing player that does multiple things on the court for the Lady cougars; WynterRose is the primary ball handler and shot creator but can hit the 3ball and get into the lane and score. Natalia Stout is an all-around player for Pecos HS that contributes on both ends of the court with her ability to play play/guard multiple positions.
