Rihanna Battle I 5’2 I 2027 I Charlton County
Hard to believe that Battle is only a rising 8th grader. She has the ball handling skills and the IQ to do so many things on the basketball court. A player that scores at all 3 levels. Great court vision which allows her to make some unbelievable passes to her teammates. What impressed me more was her ability to drive and hit the step back jump shot. She will get better as the season goes on and a lot of people will remember her name.
Reya Johnson Reya Johnson 5'5" | PG Statesboro | 2024 State GA I 5’6 I 2024 I Statesboro
Johnson is a hidden gem that does it all. A player that can shoot the outside shot consistently but also drive into the paint for a floater. High IQ guard that takes what the defense gives her. She is not afraid to get up an apply pressure to the opposing team. A player that can hit the big shot when needed down the stretch. Also, a player that wants the ball in her hands and will do whatever it takes to help her team win.
Taylor Reitveld I 6’0 I 2024 I Camden
A player that can play inside/out and score at will around the rim. She can finish with both hands. Great athleticism and upside. A tweener who can give teams matchup problems as she can play all 5 positions and guard all 5 positions. Automatic from the free throw line. Great interior defender.
Jasmine Williams I 5’3 I 2024 I Baldwin
Williams is a playmaker that gets her team going. Solid point guard that has the ability to knock the big shots when needed. Loves to get out in transition for easy scoring opportunities. Great shooter that can consistently knock down the deep 3. A player that controls tempo for her team.
Taniyah Bowman Taniyah Bowman 5'2" | PG Bradwell Institute | 2023 State GA I 5’2 I 2023 I Bradwell
Bowman is a ball of energy. An exciting player to watch on both ends of the floor. Not afraid to jump into the crowd or get on the floor for a loose ball. A player that can score from anywhere on the court. Her ability to get downhill quickly makes it tough for her opponents to guard her and keep her out the paint. Can break the press with her speed and ball handling abilities.
Jazmine Bennett I 5’11 I 2023 I Camden
Bennett is a player that plays with tons of energy. Does everything full speed and always the first one to the 50/50 balls. A player that can actually step out and play the guard position as she is able to guard on the wing. A player that trails the play to pick up the block shot as she can cover space quickly. Knows how to score on the block and at the high post. A player that will get better as summer goes on.
