As we start winding down the month of June, there have been some girls who have peaked the interest of both coaches and scouts. Girls have gone to team camps, rising to the top while they work on their craft. Over this past month, we have seen girls take tremendous leaps as they rest up before that final July Live Period push.
Take a peak of some pearls who are about to bust open this upcoming season.
Avary Brewer Avary Brewer 5'7" | PG Bradley Central | 2025 State TN (5’6/PG/So./Bradley Central)– Has had a tremendous June to go along with an outstanding travel ball season thus far. Tough hard nose floor general who can shoot from all three levels. Controls the tempo on the offensive end, isn’t afraid to mix it up on D. Heady player who is looking to continue the tradition of the Lady Bearettes dominance.
Kimora Fields (6’0/PF/Fr./ Bradley Central)– Special talent who will look to push for time early this season. Has shown tremendous growth as she continues to refine her current skills, and develop new counter moves to her arsenal. High motor player who has huge upside. Has played against older kids for awhile now, so siding in playing varsity minutes will be a smooth transition as she looks to contribute to the Lady Bearetts program.
Daisy Gale Daisy Gale 5'8" | PG PCA | 2024 State TN (5’8/PG/Jr./ PCA)– Go-getter kid who plays the game the right way. Hustle player who has put in a lot of extra hours in the gym refining her craft. Will lead the PCA attack this upcoming year as she will be at the helm directing the pace and play for her club. Great two-way player who thrives on both ends of the floor. Continues to get better every time she hits the floor.
McCall Sims McCall Sims 5'8" | PG Westview | 2025 State TN (5’8/PG/So./ Westview)– Another exciting young prospect who has tremendous upside. Has a great feel for the game, as she is a dynamic two way player who can score the rock. Facilitates the ball with the best of them, doesn’t push the issue. Does’t force on the offensive end, yet is a fierce competitor on D. Keep your eyes on this young hooper through the rest of her career.
Zoey Rixter Zoey Rixter 6'1" | SG Bartlett | 2025 State TN (6’1/W/So./Bartlett)– Great size, great length, a tough match up. The more confidence she plays with, the harder it is to stop this young lady. She’s just getting started as she continues to push and grow daily. Has had a great travel ball season so far, but continues to develop into an all around player. Has a solid game where she can play inside or outside the arc. Tenacious defender.
Regan Brown (5’8/G/Jr./ Northview Academy)– Exciting prospect who is a lethal threat with the ball in her hands. Can score buckets consistently and will look to help lead her club this upcoming season. Has a nice stroke where she isn’t afraid to unleash the rock. Has had a great travel ball season, competing against some top talent throughout the southeast. Has competed her tail off, as she gets better every time she laces her shoes up. Keep an eye on this young hooper moving forward as she progresses throughout the rest of the summer and into the school ball season.
