Continue ReadingKennedy Rosendahl Kennedy Rosendahl 5'6" | SG Ponte Vedra | 2024 State FL 5’9″ CG (ECU Clarke 2024) Rosendahl (pictured above) had an MVP performance in the Platimum Championship game and actually shot the ball well the entire tournament. The lefty can really knock the 3 pointer down but that’s not all. Rosendahl has continuously gotten better at getting to the rim and she did it at the most opportune time – the game winning three point play on a drive to the goal. Rosendahl also did a great job of playing the point guard position. She was very good in press break situations and handling the basketball. Rosendahl is a high IQ player who has a motor that won’t quit. She gives it all she has 24-7. The effort netted her team a Platinum Championship at Orlando Splash and a MVP trophy for her great overall play.
Phantasia Lauriston Phantasia Lauriston 5'8" | CG Palm Bay | 2025 State FL 5’7″ PG 2025 (ECU Navy 2025) Lauriston put in some nice work at Orlando Splash, including a 21 point – 5 rebound performance. Lauriston can shoot it from all levels of the court and has the ability to get to the rim and play through contact as well. Lauriston is a high IQ basketball player who brings great energy on both sides of the court.
Samari Wilson Samari Wilson 5'10" | SF Lake Gibson | 2023 State FL 5’8 SG (ECU Richardson 2023). Wilson’s athleticism and solid frame stood out as well as her basketball abilities. She has a good shot from behind the arc and really handles the ball well. With good size and athletic base, she is able to defend multiple positions on the court. Wilson has great energy and displays it on both sides of the court.
Jaelyn Housey Jaelyn Housey 5'9" | PG Nova | 2026 State FL 2026 5’9″ G (Florida Lady Huskies 2024). Housey has stood out all year. She is strong and athletic and does it all on the court. Has the ability to get to the rim and uses good handles and footwork to do so. Housey can finish with the left and right and can also knock it down from behind the arc. Housey put in a 14 point performance on Day 2 of Splash.
Taniyah Davis Taniyah Davis 5'8" | PG American Heritage | 2026 State FL 2026 G (Florida Lady Huskies 2024) Davis is one of the top guards in the state and had an 18 point performance at Orlando Splash. Davis is a silky-smooth and athletic guard with a high basketball IQ. She has great handles and shoots it well from all over the court. Jazmine Major Jazmine Major 5'5" | CG Palm Bay Magnet | 2023 State FL 2023 (ECU Richardson 2023). The word competitor comes to mind when watching Major play. On Day 3 of Splash, she put her body on the line play after play, and took several charges that turned the entire game around. Major handles the ball well and handles tough defensive pressure. She can shoot it from the outside and also drive it to the goal. She is a very high IQ player who does a good job of reading the floor and getting the ball to her teammates in good situations.
