I’ll try and finish the opening day articles from Super 64 today, here is part 2

Cassidy Gladney Cassidy Gladney Cassidy Gladney 5'6" | PG Lake Belton | 2024 TX

Micah Vaughn- 6’1 SF (Team Lex Supreme 17U S40) 2023

Vaughn was overpowering, I guess that’s a nice way of putting it yet watching her score with players literally hanging on her was refreshing as I dug into session 2. Her battling for everything off the rim and scoring countless times on putbacks were nice, and so was her attacking from the wing but she also scored facing the basket

Addie McCormick-5’7 PG (Phoenix Gold) 2023

McCormick had the right seasoning to get the defender to lean yet her flavoring wasn’t bad either as she scored off the dribble and finished after contact. She also saw the floor and off the dribble she hit teammates or she just kept it and showed the jumper. She controlled the tempo and handled the pressure nicely

Aubrey Marjason-6’0 PF (Lone Star Magic) 2023

Marjason was one of many players I could have chosen yet when she did the drop step, hey I am a #THROWBACK kind of guy and things I see from yesteryear pleases me. She rebounded on both ends, she scored on putbacks, yes after contact but she also scored off the dribble and finished after the lick

Ashlyn Galvin-5’5 SG ((Texas Platinum 2023 Bates) 2023

Galvin has shown countless times that she can shoot the ball, mid to long range yet she added something I hadn’t seen, as smooth as it was, I’m sure she has done it, and that was the “look off” to score off the dribble. That, as well as her court vision, made her a definite offensive threat and yes, she still dropped the mid to long-range

Cassidy Gladney Cassidy Gladney Cassidy Gladney 5'6" | PG Lake Belton | 2024 TX -5’6 CG (Competitive Edge Elite 2024) 2024

Gladney was in another zone, maybe even Twilight because she lit the defender up so many ways that I stopped counting yet her acrobatic finishes were nice, yes after contact and so were her jumpers, that stop and pop in transition was priceless but her seeing the floor was huge as she made tough passes look easy but even larger was how she performed in the clutch

Khloe Vaughn- 5’6 PG (Houston United Chuck) 2024

Vaughn has always been a player that understood the game, how to run a team and play within herself, I call that heady yet she also showed she could get hers “in the flow” as well as defend. Flip the switch because she was a “nightmare to defend” and by her adding more offense, that opened up things for her teammates, the jumper was smooth and consistent

Saniya Burks Saniya Burks Saniya Burks 5'7" | CG State TX – 5’7 PG (Truth Basketball-Platinum) 2024

Burks didn’t fool me this time with a different hairstyle but I would have picked up who she was simply because of her style of play. She might be one of the most underrated guards in her Texas class, I have seen her go completely off against players heading to Power 5 schools, aka BCS, but her mid to long range, creating her shot, and scoring off the dribble is right there with the top players

Kya Mitchell-5’3 SG (Waco United) 2024

Mitchell was simply unconscious from long range, her ability to not only drop the long ball but drop it after contact had me smiling. I love her poise under pressure, she doesn’t force anything yet she created her shot to get it off but she also showed something very important, she could “catch and shoot” just like that

Mylee Guinn-5’11 SG (Texas U 16U GUAA) 2025

Guinn has had plenty of buzz poppin through my timeline and yes, I had seen her a few times in the past but I still have to see for myself and her progression will have her added to the next Top 100 update. Long and athletic, creates her shot and just elevates over the defender to drop it from wherever she wants. She also scored off the dribble

Landrie Polk Landrie Polk Landrie Polk 5'6" | CG Gainesville | 2025 TX -5’6 PG (Texas Platinum 2024 Bruce) 2025

Polk did a good job zig-zagging through defenders and showing she could see the floor while being pressured. Off the dribble, she hit teammates on the money or she kept it and scored, she also was “vocal on the court” that’s an intangible folks, and when you factor in she can drop the jumper as well…

Chloe Donnell Chloe Donnell 5'6" | PG Geneva School Of Boerne | 2025 State TX –5’7 PG ( SA Hoops Elite Gold 2025) 2025

Donnell can shoot the long ball with the best of them, she always has and when I first met her with a different team called fire, I asked was the team named that because her hair was red, and she said yes so I knew right then she was “one of the girls”. Fast forward to now, she has deepened her range and showed the midrange as well as off the dribble but her wanting the ball and delivering in the clutch JUST DID IT for me

Endia Stigall Endia Stigall Endia Stigall 5'5" | CG Hays(Buda) | 2026 TX -5’4 PG (Stat Elite-Brittany) 2026

Stigall is a Tip Sheet waiting to happen. I’m not sure if you’ve heard of her yet but you will and remember #sizedontamtter when you can play, well she can play and she KNOWS she can play. Her pull-up jumper in transition is one of the best in Texas, all classes, she goes hard on both ends and finds ways to put the ball in the basket yet her UNSELFISHNESS also stands out because she gets even more excited after an assist
