The entire ranking list has seen some shakeups in this update. Here’s a look at some of the highest ranked new names in the Sophomore class.
Cameryn Ridderikhoff Cameryn Ridderikhoff 5'10" | SF Madison Central | 2025 State KY , Madison Central – A transfer from Franklin County, Cameryn is likely to find herself as the go to player for the Indians this season and that’s only going to help elevate her game to the next level. Primarily a three point threat on offense for the Lady Flyers last season, Ridderikhoff should be expected to have a more well rounded offensive game this season. She does a lot to affect winning and she appears ready for a bigger role at her new school after a big AAU season.
Savannah Triplett Savannah Triplett 5'8" | PF Meade County | 2025 State KY , Meade County – Another player who will look to ride the momentum of a strong AAU season into her Sophomore season for the Lady Waves, Savannah showed she can be an effective scorer and playmaker this spring and summer. Triplett was a role player for Meade last season but is ready for a bigger role as a Sophomore. She has shown she can be a difference maker on both ends of the court and should be in a position to show more of her offensive arsenal at the varsity level this season.
Brooklyn White Brooklyn White 6'0" | PF Paris | 2025 State KY , Paris – Brooklyn could be classified as a stretch forward with her tendency to step out and shoot the three ball. She’s a prospect with high potential and is coming off a freshman season averaging 6 points and 5 rebounds. Looking ahead, it’s not a stretch to think she could double those averages and be a nightly double-double threat. As she continues developing her game, look for White to improve her shooting efficiency and become a better out of area rebounder.
Nariyah Crowe Nariyah Crowe 5'7" | PG Bardstown | 2025 State KY , Bardstown – Bardstown has had a lot of talent in the program in recent years and Nariyah could be the next great Lady Tiger if she keeps developing. Coming off a season where she thrived as a secondary scoring option, look for Crowe to ascend to being a primary option for the Bardstown offense in her Sophomore campaign. The guard has already proven she can score the ball efficiently and will have a lot more shots coming her way this season after the graduation of Jaileyah Cotton.
Morgan Frey Morgan Frey 6'0" | SF Sacred Heart | 2025 State KY , Sacred Heart – Morgan will enter her Sophomore season with no varsity experience at SHA but that’s not unusual with the amount of talent that the Valkyries have had on their roster during their state title runs. Frey is coming off a strong AAU season and will be in a position to carve out a role for a Sacred Heart roster that remains loaded even after graduating a talented 2022 class. Morgan should be considered an X factor for one of the best teams in Kentucky.
