Jenna Welsch Jenna Welsch 5'10" | SF Catholic Memorial | 2025 State WI – 5’9 F – Catholic Memorial
Jenna has made a name for herself after her first season of high school basketball. After averaging 11/6.5/1, she found herself receiving honorable mention all-conference honors. Her 6.5 rebounds per game were good enough for the third most in the conference. She also made her presence felt on the defensive side as she averaged half a block and 1 steal per game. After her tremendous freshman campaign, Jenna will only look to improve. Watch for her to take a leap and become one of the best players in the conference and one of the best sophomores in Milwaukee.
Clare Shea Clare Shea 5'10" | SF Menomonee Falls | 2025 State WI – 5’10 SF – Menomonee Falls
Clare has already established herself as an elite basketball player in the Milwaukee area after her freshman season. She averaged 16/6/1 and received first team all-conference honors. A great accomplishment for any freshman but especially when it is in the Greater Metro conference. A conference that might be the most stacked in all of Wisconsin, not just Milwaukee. Her 16 points per game led her team and was also good enough for sixth in the conference. Clare has made a name for herself and still has time to become even better. If she can continue to improve her game, the ceiling is incredibly high. Watch for her team to quickly become one of the best players in Milwaukee.
Madison Fitzgibbon Madison Fitzgibbon 5'6" | CG Homestead | 2025 State WI – 5’6 PG – Homestead
It’s not often that a freshman wins conference player of the year but that is exactly what Madison did. She averaged 19/3.5/3 which was good enough for conference player of the year and all-state honorable mention. Her 19.3 points per game also landed her at second in the conference in scoring. Madison did not only come in as a freshman and play but dominated. Her team went 22-4 and that was largely due to her. She already has a D-1 offer from UW-Milwaukee and that list will only grow over time. The whole state is watching her to see what she will do next. It’s hard to imagine just how high her ceiling is and it will be more than fun to sit back and see. Madison is poised to have another phenomenal season and the accolades will come along with it. Watch for her to make a run at being one of the best players in Milwaukee regardless of class.
Makena Christian Makena Christian 6'0" | PF Hartford | 2025 State WI – 5’11 PF – Hartford
Haling from the same conference as Madison, Makena is right there with her. She also received first team all-conference and all-state honorable mention honors. She averaged 20/9/2 and was first in the conference in scoring and second in rebounds. She also added 2.5 steals per game. Her talent speaks for itself as she pops off of the stat sheet. It is not often that a freshman comes in and almost averages a double double but that is exactly what Makena did. She already holds multiple D-1 offers and is on pace to receive many more. As her career unfolds, we can only expect for her to get better and put up even better numbers which is hard to imagine. Her and Madison will fight over the conference for three more years and all of Milwaukee will be watching. We can expect Makena to establish herself as one of the best players in the state next year and we will be holding our breath in anticipation of what she does next.
Amy Terrian Amy Terrian 5'8" | PG Pewaukee | 2025 State WI – 5’8 CG – Pewaukee
Amy is coming off of a season in which she received first team all-conference, first team all-state, a trip to the state final, and averaged 17/3/3. These are all things an athlete would love to accomplish in a career let alone a season. A season which also happened to be her freshman one. Amy has established herself as a force to reckoned with and is set to become even better. She will be looked at as the leader of her Pewaukee team. A role that she is more than capable of fulfilling. After losing three seniors, she will have to step up. This will only lead to her becoming better and putting up even better stats. With the ball in her hands, Pewaukee will stick to their winning ways and Amy will only trend upwards. Look for her to become a household name this upcoming season.
