Blair could put on quite the show at the Top 250. She’s one of the most dynamic seniors in the state offensively and is an expert at finding lanes to the rim. Blair is stellar in the open floor whether leading the break with the ball or filling in on the wing and finishing at the bucket.
Austin can send a big message at the Top 250 this year. I think her overall ability to score the basketball goes a bit underrated. She can take the ball both ways and is creative when given some space. Austin could be on the verge of a huge senior season.
Resio finally received the accolades that she deserved in her high school team’s magical post season run. She’s a do-it-all guard that can score and distribute at a high level. Resio is a true 2 way player that can stop some elite athletes on the perimeter.
Highlights
Maulbetsch made a name for herself during high school season last year. She was a consistent scorer and rebounder, always giving her team the extra scoring punch that they needed. Maulbetsch proved that she doesn’t have to be shot heavy in order to influence a basketball game. She definitely rebounds bigger than her height.
LaRue can be a game changing defender. She’s excellent when picking up at half court and playing the passing lanes, where she does a nice job deflecting the ball and turning defense into offense. LaRue has a very dependable jumper, especially off a balanced catch and shoot, with 3 point range
Napont is an exciting player that can get the scoreboard moving offensively. She’s confident and comfortable from behind the arc with a quick release that fires out of her hand. Napont is a solid rebounder, tracking the ball off the rim from the perimeter.
