Milaysia Fulwiley Milaysia Fulwiley 5'8" | PG Keenan | 2023 State #9 Nation SC |Team Curry|5’8”|PG|’23
The things Fulwiley was doing on the court were downright ridiculous. A three-level scoring threat who is looking to score as soon as the ball crosses halfcourt. Fulwiley has the ultimate green light, breaks down defenders easily, and gets into the mid-range where she can dominate. Fulwiley also plays well off-ball. She comes off screens aggressively, low, and ready to put the ball in the hole. I love Fukwiley’s demeanor and confidence when she is on the court. Her body language tells you she is the best player on the court, and her actions and skill send the same message.
Samyha Suffren Samyha Suffren 5'8" | PG Cannon | 2023 State NC | Team Curry|5’8”|PG|’23
Suffren and Fulwiley create one of the most potent scoring backcourts you will see, and their skill sets mesh well together. Suffren knows how to get downhill with a mix of hesitation dribbles and stop-and-go moves. Her first step was lightning quick and showed good explosion to the hoop. Suffren invites contact from the defense and has the upper body strength to absorb it and get to her spots. There was a lot of variety in Suffren’s offensive repertoire, and she has a counter for anything a defense throws at her.
Olivia Olson Olivia Olson 6'1" | CG Benilde-SM | 2024 State MN |Minnesota Fury|6’1”|PG|’24
Olson’s size and scoring prowess make her hard to stop, especially in the open court. She is a freight train going full speed up the court on the break. Olson has the change of speed and direction to evade defenders, keep them off-balanced and get to the rim. Olson is a crafty finisher, uses her body well when attacking, and plays through contact. She has the shooting touch from short-long range and can make shots off the dribble and on the run. Overall, Olson is a special offensive player gifted with a rare combination of size, court vision, shooting, and playmaking.
Jordan Zubich Jordan Zubich 5'11" | SG Mountain Iron-Buhl | 2024 State MN |Minnesota Fury|5’11”|SG|’24
Zubich easily showed the most range out of all the prospects I watched at Spooky Nook. She was pulling up from the parking lot and was confident to do so in clutch situations. Zubich is never rattled, and you can tell by how effortlessly she shoots the time she puts in off the court to perfect her craft. I haven’t seen a shooter quite like Zubich, and if the game is on the line and you need a perimeter shot to win, I am drawing up a play for Zubich and not thinking twice about it.
Mary Bolesky Mary Bolesky 5'4" | PG Lancaster Catholic | 2024 NY |Central PA Elite Thomas|5’4”|PG|’24
Bolesky is small but makes up for the height by giving maximum effort on every possession. Bolesky drove aggressively and excelled at initiating contact and getting to the free-throw line. The lefty floor general also has a consistent outside shot and hit a handful of three-pointers in the game I saw. Bolesky asserted herself early in the ball game, got into an offensive rhythm, and filled up the scoring column in a hurry.
Taylor Brennan Taylor Brennan 5'10" | SG Pomperaug | 2023 State NewE |CT Elite|5’10”|SG|’24
I love Brennan upside as a combo forward. She is a player to keep on your radar over the next year, because I feel like she will take a huge leap developmentally. It is because Brennan is a top-tier athlete and also coordinated. She put together sequences at Spooky Nook, where she showed fluidity in her shot-making/creating. Already a menace on the glass, I think as Brennan continues to add to her offensive game, she will be a scary prospect to match up against on the hardwood.
Shay Ijiwoye Shay Ijiwoye 5'6" | PG Desert Vista | 2024 State AZ |Arizona Elite|5’6”|PG|’24
Ijiwoye is a big-time point guard who is a high-impact player on both sides of the ball. She is a chippy defender who isn’t afraid to be physical and apply pressure. Ijiwoye also has quick hands and registered a few back tap steals in the game I saw. She also beats her opponent to spots, sets her feet, and takes charges. Ijiwoye’s off-hand is excellent. She handles the ball, passes and shoots comfortably, and constantly gives the defense fits when possessing the ball.
