Lillian Merow Lillian Merow 6'2" | C Port Washington | 2025 State WI
The Port Washington native plays with an incredibly high motor and rebounds outside of her area, which is rare for a kid her age and size. She also does an excellent job executing more offensively than sealing and going straight up. She can attack off the dribble in the mid-post, finish over both shoulders, and play through contact. As she gets in front of more coaches over time, I expect she’ll garner plenty of interest.
Olivia Witkowski Olivia Witkowski 6'0" | PF Weyawega-Freemont | 2025 State WI
What I love about Witkowski is how well she moves on the perimeter. She is a unique defensive prospect that can protect the rim and excel defending in space. Witkowski has good instincts and hands that help her post well and make difficult catches in traffic. I think she has a tremendous skillset and has plenty of room to improve. Offensively, Witkowski can be effective, but it has to be more consistent. I would not be surprised if she blows up over the next AAU season.
The Fox Valley Lutheran post is a skilled five that excels with two feet in the paint. She can step out and knock down jumpers too, but what she does inside will be what draws interest from coaches at the next level. She has balance and great footwork when she spins off her defender, and with her size and length, it’s almost impossible to alter her shot. It’s also a bonus that she can get to either shoulder and be a threat to score in the post. Her post-game is well-rounded and doesn’t have any wasted movement.
The Wausau West forward is the perfect complimentary five to any system a team wants to play. She is an athletic 6-foot-2 kid with excellent instincts on the defensive end, which leads to her getting multiple blocked shots per game. Kray has moves she can get to with her back to the basket. Few people can alter her shot attempt because of her length, and she understands that. If the Spartans make a run in the postseason, I think Kray will be a big reason behind it. I think Kray has a high ceiling at the next level, and I can’t wait to see how she develops before she graduates.
