PG: Tysyn Johnson Tysyn Johnson 5'1" | PG Valley Vista | 2026 State AZ 4’10” 2026 Valley Vista
Johnson was electric all day and there was clearly no one that could guard this dynamic scorer and play maker. She was in her bag early and often on Saturday. Crossovers, step backs, floaters and three pointers from way downtown. Johnson was clearly the best point guard there and the freshman left no doubt when the day was done.
SG: Ariella Goren Ariella Goren 5'7" | PG Dream City | 2024 State AZ 5’8″ 2024 Valley Vista
Goren was fantastic at the top 250. She’s a three level scorer who plays with a ton of swag! Goren was able to get where she wanted on the floor to get shots for herself and set up teammates as well. A decent defender who plays passing lanes well. Also a good rebounder for her position. Goren is one of the top players in the state and it was easy to see why.
SF: Aviva Schnitzer Aviva Schnitzer 5'8" | SG Chaparral | 2024 State AZ 5’8″ 2024 Chaparral
Schnitzer was solid through out the day as she was consistently good on both ends of the court. She can score, rebound and defended at a high level. Aviva was the spark on a very talented top 250 expo team that went undefeated.
PF: Breanna Sommers Breanna Sommers 5'11" | PF Hamilton | 2024 State AZ 5’11” 2024 Hamilton
Strong, smart, and efficient. Sommers is a top player in the state and she definitely proved it at the top 250 expo. She is a highly skilled player that has the ability to put up points in bunches. She is a high volume rebounder and solid on the defensive end. Can get you a double double with ease.
C: Aniyah Riddell Aniyah Riddell 6'1" | PF Desert Vista | 2024 State AZ 6’1″ 2024 Mountain Pointe
Too big, too strong and too good! Riddell dominated the entire event. She was able to score at will on the inside all while showing off her soft hand and elite footwork. She controlled the glass on both ends of the floor but it was her work on the offensive glass that was most impressive. She can shoot it from the perimeter and also knock down the occasional three. Watching Aniyah play brought back memories of former University of Oklahoma great Cortney Paris.
