After spending a lot of time watching game film, I feel confident about this list of 21 athletes. Here are numbers 11-21.
A special thanks to coaches, Jasmine Powers-Carr, Sierra Jones, Tim Miller, Jarvis Wilson, Capriee Tucker, and Terrence McGill. All of these coaches took the time to speak with me, share their game film, and even share numbers of other coaches who they felt I needed to connect with. The basketball community is strong in the Huntsville Area. A major shoutout to Denise Johnson who is my go-to for just about all things Alabama Basketball.
Now let’s jump into the players ranked. Here are numbers 11-21 in descending order beginning with #21 Jordyn Bailey Jordyn Bailey 5'7" | SF Athens | 2023 State AL . Look for players ranked 6-10 and 1-5 coming in a few days.
#21 Jordyn has a quick trigger and is accurate from distance. Has the size to bump with bigger guards and wings. Effective in putting the ball on the floor for straight-line drives and has some crafty finishes.
Highlights
Jakenadi Powers
Jakenadi Powers
#20 Powers is a small and quick guard. Reliable handler and passer. Very strong defender on the ball who does not allow the easy scoring opportunity. Makes it tough for opposing ball handlers.
Kaylee Lebon
Kaylee Lebon
#19 Kaylee has nice hands and is a sure scorer at the rim. Has a few post moves but likes to go over her right shoulder with the left-hand hook-floater shot. Rebounds and defends well.
#17 Good size on the perimeter. A driver who can get to the basket through contact when determined. A surprisingly good rebounding guard who also defends well at the rim without fouling.
#16 Young guard that has contributed in some big moments. Has vision and is a capable passer. Handles it well. Unselfish as a primary ball-handler looking to facilitate.
Highlights
#15 Smaller post with a lot of fight on the inside. Rebounds with a purpose, resulting in multiple double-digit games last season. Ability to start the break to keep pressure on the defense in transition.

Eevy Bellar Eevy Bellar 6'0" | PF New Hope | 2025 State AL
#14 A big-time volleyball athlete that makes an impact on the court as well. The stretch-forward can knock down the 3-FG with range, at a high clip. With her length and leaping ability, it is hard to keep her to truly contest her shot at the top of her release.
#13 Amiya brings some toughness to the perimeter. She is a physical defender that knows how to use her strength to keep players from getting paint touches. On the offensive end, she is patient and knows what a good shot is. She shoots the three well and can get to the rim when attacking the hips of defenders.
#12 Jaliyah is a competitor on the defensive side of the ball. On film in matchups against bigger posts, she never backed down and won several one-on-one matchups. She runs the floor very well and is an unselfish player and good rebounder.
#11 Nyla is a big guard that moves a lot better than you would assume. Because of her combination of size and skill she can defend all positions on the floor over the course of the game. Once she has chosen her path, defenders have a hard time getting her off of it. She should be successful at Motivallo when her senior season wraps up.
