The Dakota Top 250 didn't have a ton of size and true post prospects in the 6'2+ range. But the event did have some wings and guards with some solid length to them. PGH Dakotas has identified nine prospects that stood out with their length.

[player_tooltip player_id='417228' first='Makinley' last='Lawrenson'] - 5'11 Wing/F 2025 - Harrisburg - Makinley had one of the most impressive length builds at the wing/forward spot. She showed she can run and play on the perimeter at a near six-foot and a clearly positive wingspan.

[player_tooltip player_id='404951' first='Grace' last='Peterson'] - 5'11 F 2025 - Sioux Falls Washington - Grace was a standout performer at the event and rose her stock significantly in the South Dakota 2025 class. She is currently the 30th ranked 2025 prospect but I can see her climbing up into the top 12. At the event, she was a big-time playmaker, scorer, and rebounder. She was equally impressive in transition, finishing on her own often.

[player_tooltip player_id='255452' first='Brenna' last='Martin'] - 6'1 C 2024 - Thompson - Brenna was also a clear stock-riser and performed at a high level. She scored in the interior and hit some mid-range shots as well. One of the obvious standouts at the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='388883' first='Mak' last='Scott'] - 6'0 C/F 2026 - Lyman - Mak is a young prospect that has good length, giving her some upside. A slender frame and can run well. She'll need to develop some more playing strength to allow her to battle in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='421710' first='Bree' last='Umbreit'] - 6'2 C/F 2026 - Tea Area - Bree might have possibly had the greatest length at the event. She'll be a Freshman for Tea Area and she had some valuable experience playing for SD Network in the offseason. Moves fairly well at her length.

[player_tooltip player_id='317765' first='Brooke' last='Jensen'] - 6'0 F/Wing 2025 - Vermillion - Brooke was conservatively at top 5 prospect at the event. She's a D1 talent that possesses 6'0 length and a strong frame. She can shoot the three-ball and she showed some toughness as a rebounder and defender. I thought she played hard and brought a lot of energy. She was contesting shooters and attacking the ball and rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='464291' first='Whitney' last='Welk'] - 5'6 G 2025 - Bismarck Legacy - Whitney's length surprised me after seeing her live and in-person. Listed at only 5'6, she looked to have length of a 5'9-5'10 prospect. She was a top 3 defender at the event and harassed opponents on defense. Elite movement defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='488213' first='Kinsey' last='Dillavou'] - 5'10 F 2026 - Rapid City Stevens - Stevens may have been the most well represented with prospects at the event, and the 2026 prospect showed great length at 5'10, with some built-in upside in skill development to match her prototypical length.

[player_tooltip player_id='525670' first='Blake' last='Thompson'] - 5'6 G 2026 - Mobridge-Pollock - Blake was another guard that I was surprised to see listed at 5'6 because she looked much taller than that because of her being a lengthy guard with long arms. She was a solid athlete that could move and run well.
