The ‘26 class has some kids, given time, will be some household names come their senior year. At the moment, their learning, adding tools to their tool belt, and refining that foundation they have. I can’t wait to see these kids take the court come November. Once that ball tips off, these newly fresh faced young ladies will embark on a new chapter. This journey through Tennessee’s women’s hoops is awesome. The ‘26 class will be a special one that will write their own chapter.
Below you will find just a few hidden gems we’ve uncovered that will be donning their high school uni’s this upcoming season. Remember their names as they will go on to be contributors to their clubs early rather than late.
Zoee Harrison Zoee Harrison 5'6" | PG Maryville | 2026 State TN (5’6/PG/ Maryville)– Quick floor general who will be taking over the reins of this program. Great with the ball in her hands. High IQ, great two-way player, a coach’s dream on the basketball floor. Zoee makes the right play always at the right time. 3 level scoring threat, look for her to continue to grow and become one of the top PGs in the state.
Ashanti Williams Ashanti Williams 5'9" | SF Jackson Central-Merry | 2026 State TN (5’9/ SF/ Jackson Central- Merry)– She’s gonna give people fits in the area. Hard working kid who has been putting that work in the weight room as well as on the hardwood. Has a nice little game where scoring comes natural to her. Has a great first step. Deadly in the mid-range game. Gets after it on D. Look for her to contribute early to the JCM attack.
Lily Morrow Lily Morrow 5'11" | SG CPA | 2026 State TN (5’11/SG/CPA)– She’s gonna be a beast. Young gym rat who has been putting in that work. Multi-level scoring threat who is a straight finisher. Fluid ball handler who can get to the rim and finish against contact. A dawg on the defensive end. CPA has something very special in this kid. Record breaker? Only time will tell. Keep your eyes on her as she will have multiple college coaches after her.
Hillary Harris Hillary Harris 5'7" | PG East Hickman | 2026 State TN (5’7/PG/ East Hickman)– Hard nosed PG who is a “go-getter.” Can handle the rock, shoot at a high clip, and get after it on D. Can get to the lane to finish or kick out to an open teammate. Plays with poise and can carry a team if necessary. Look for her to continue to grow and watch her confidence build up as she gains more court time on the high school level.
Reese Shirley Reese Shirley 5'8" | SG Columbia Academy | 2026 State TN (5’9/SF/ Columbia Academy)– Something special about this kid. A hard worker who just loves to play the game. Think poor man’s Draymond Green. Does the dirty work in the trenches. Can step out and shoot the 3, can bang down low. Most importantly, she plays defense and is on the boards. Look for her to continue to grow throughout her high school career.
Camile Franklin (5’10/SF/ Cornersville)– Cornersville might have a diamond in the rough on their hands. Blessed with great size and strength, this kid is going to be hard to deal with. Can score it on multiple levels. Great around the mid-range area. Big on the boards, great in transition. Once she figures this thing out, look for her to be a “big deal” down in the southern part of Middle Tennessee.
