So many talented players in the building, looking for a chance to play at an even higher level. The second-year players below were putting on a show with NCAA coaches scattered throughout the building.
Camron Blank | 5’9 Sophmore Wing | Rock Valley (IL) – Blank gives me visions of a young Gabby Williams (WNBA). The perfect plug-and-play type of player. Camron’s skillset allows her to score when and if needed, defend multiple positions, and still facilitate the floor if a set is broken down. She’s patient, aware, and focused. Her IQ is very high and is still growing.
Hailey Walters | 5’7 Sophmore Guard | Sauk Valley (IL) – Walters has explosive stop-and-go speed and can penetrate the paint anytime. Her pace and her ball control, vision, and three-level scoring ability allow her to play on and off the ball with the same amount of impact. With some more fine-tuning, Walters will be able to keep up n the NCAA
Hannah Outlaw | 5’10 Sophmore Wing | Glen Oaks (MI) – Outlaw can handle the ball, push the break and score, or run the floor and facilitate. She plays the game as more of a point forward than a cutter or post player. Her defensive instincts are reliable as well, she’s able to guard multiple positions.
Brooke Heiman | 5’9 Sophmore Guard | Waubonsee CC (IL) – Heiman is a bucket… no matter the area or angle she will let it fly. The release and form are consistent, the follow-through is smooth and the ability to get to her shots is next-level as well. She plays with great pace, but heavy aggression on both sides of the ball. I definitely see Brooke playing D1 ball real soon.
Nessa Walsh | 5’11 Sophmore Wing | Oakton Community (IL) – Walsh’s skillset is as versatile as they come. Three levels of scoring, the length to defend multiple positions, to score around defenders, and the pace to go in and out of facilitating and putting points on the board. Her length and agility allow her to be impactful on the boards as well.
Jordan Pyle | 5’11 Wing | St Francis (IL) – Pyle has the strength, length, and versatility to play multiple positions on the court. She can attack and finish at the paint.. around or through traffic, while also being able to shoot the long ball with precision. The perfect frame for playing overseas at a high level.
