I wouldn’t tab this class as particularly strong, especially with its top 10, but there is some depth to it.
The class is highlighted more by guard prospects than true post prospects in the 6’3+ range. Also, there are some new additions to the rankings that crack the top 30 prospects.
There’s a new #1 prospect in the 2024 class. The top 3-4 prospects have had a lot of movement and swapping in the past couple years, and now University of North Dakota commit, Jocelyn Schiller Jocelyn Schiller 5'7" | PG Grand Forks Red River | 2024 State ND , comes atop the list. Her ability to score and dictate an offense at the valuable point guard spot earns her the #1 spot. She was third in Class A in scoring at 21.4 ppg.
Coming in at #2 is elite defensive prospect in Ashton Safranski Ashton Safranski 5'7" | PG Fargo Davies | 2024 State ND of Fargo Davies. There’s not a better prospect in the state when it comes to anticipation and making steals/plays on the defensive side of the ball. She just impacts the game in such a big way defensively it’s hard to ignore and not rank her highly.
