Speaking of winning, I rarely even look at the scores because all I look for in games is players that have the POTENTIAL to play at the next level, this has always been my primary mindset and it always will be, keep in mind I am a REAL EVALUATOR and not someone that has to look at the top of top countless times
With that being said, several players have shown potential, I was roaming between a couple of gyms so the players listed under HM did not get my perspective for a whole game yet I’ll hopefully catch them in one of the countless events I cover as well as Individual Showcases, just click on the link
I’ll be heading to Dallas to catch a Pass Tha Ball event today, it’s a middle showcase that will give me a look at players I haven’t seen as well as the progression of others and with that being said, remember I always look for progression
Simone Richmond Simone Richmond 5'7" | CG Allen | 2026 State TX -5’6 CG (Allen)
Richmond has always been a player I enjoyed watching over the years, her poise under pressure as well as her confidence in her game were years ahead of her. She plays within herself, she understands the simple things that will be huge throughout her career and she also gets this simple phrase, “how to get hers in the flow”. She can score both off the dribble as well as from mid to long range
Jade Francis-5’9 F (Westfield)
Francis is “long and athletic” and please remember that is the base. Her upside is nice because she applies heat defensively and does something I love to see and that is “she plays the passing lane”. She also does a good job rebounding on both ends as well as scoring off the dribble. She has nice form on her shot and she goes after loose balls
Aniya Brannon Aniya Brannon 5'4" | PG Clear Creek | 2026 State TX -5’5 CG (Clear Creek)
Brannon also has some pretty nice upside because she’s not only an athletic guard but a speedy one as well and I’m talking “speed with the ball”. She has a nice first step in the set yet she can blow by defenders in the open court yet her body control on the attack, especially after contact stands out. She has some nice court vision and is steadily making the transition
Aubrey Hampton Aubrey Hampton 6'2" | C Cy Creek | 2026 State TX -6’2 P (Cy Creek)
Hampton adds a twist to “going to the Hamptons” because this young lady is showing signs of simply exploding. Remember I have no agenda and I don’t fabricate anything and she made a couple of next-level moves around the basket which had me drop my pad, my version of dropping the mic. She’s powerful and finishes POWERFULLY, sometimes with players literally hanging on her, she rebounds and runs the floor, on both ends and she even showed she could defend both inside and outside the paint
